1. Can I return an item?
A 14-day inspection period applies to your order from the moment you receive it. During this period, you may examine and evaluate the item. Not satisfied with the article? Then you can return it. Please note that we charge a standard €50 return fee.
2. I want to return an item, how does that work?
If you want to return an item within the 14-day legal inspection period, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to info@givasparetyres.com. Please mention which item it concerns and your order number.
You can return the product in 2 ways:
1) Drop off at our headquarters in Goirle (Free)

We are open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
2) Return your item via PostNL/DHL yourself. The costs for this vary and you pay them directly to the shipping company of your choice. If you return products on your own, you are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or if your package gets lost. In this case, you create your own address label.

For all returns: you can only return items that are in a condition in which you would want to receive them yourself. This means:
- the product must be undamaged and complete
- please return in the original and undamaged packaging
- ensure that everything cannot be damaged during transport
3. Can I also return the item to Giva Sparetyres/Giva Wheels?
Absolutely! The advantage is that it saves you return costs! The item can be returned to Giva Wheels in Goirle within the 14-day inspection period. Just notify us in advance that you want to return or exchange an item.

4. when will I get my money back?
As soon as your package is returned to us, it will be processed immediately. We aim to refund the amount to your account within 7 days.
Damage? Let us know immediately!
Although we pack and ship every order with utmost care and craftsmanship to deliver it to you in pristine condition, in very rare cases, goods may get damaged during transport.
If you are handed the order in an apparently damaged box/packaging, have the courier make a note “damaged” before you sign. If upon opening your package, the product indeed appears damaged, please contact us so we can assess the situation.
Please take clear photos of all items and visible damage. This helps us start a claim with the courier service. Leave the wheels and tires undisturbed to prevent any further damage.
We will then provide a prompt and free delivery of the new product. Damage resulting from incorrect installation is not compensated. Each vehicle is unique, and it may be that your car specifically has different brakes or suspension than the standard model. Therefore, check in advance if the wheels and tires have proper clearance from the body and chassis.
