Your parcel is picked up once a day, along with all other orders. As soon as your order is loaded by the driver and scanned, you will receive a Track and Trace code by e-mail with all shipping information and expected delivery time.
Delivery of your order
We understand that you are in happy anticipation on the day of delivery of your order. However, we patiently request you to check the package for visual damage. If you do not see any serious damage(s) to the package you sign for a good receipt. You can now unpack the spare wheel and read through the assembly instructions.
